the first divice I added to IDP, and the seccond, had their profile in a day or two.
I have been waiting +10 days to get other 3 approved… and still waiting.
Should I try :roll: to get in contact with them?
adding devices normaly takes a few seconds.
yes, I’d better try again.
the problem is that the profile is not provided by Apple, they are listed of course.
So you see on “profile” column a big 0 (first devices have a “1” that means there is a profile active for them), and on details, there is not an “active” word so I guess I can’t use this device for testing my app :?:
well that are the registered devices.
you also need to create profiles that use them or alter existing ones otherwise they aren’t supported by them 
the number does not say “approved” / “not approved”, it tells you in how many profiles the device is beeing used

I completelly forgot that step. Now it’s working.
