Is this not the same like google iap ios amazon etc ?
Or its only a Analytics program that only see how much i become from google ios … ?

Did you read that linked page? The very first line states: "Unity IAP lets you sell a variety of items directly within your free or paid game including premium content, virtual goods and subscriptions. "
