Maybe I just don’t understand that because I am German, but what means “Qato”? It has something to do with UA, I think.
I already searched in UA and tried to translate it.

QATO is this site(without customization of course), qato.com used to be the site for an enterprise Q&A site, now it redirects to http://answerhub.com/ perhaps there was a change of hands or rebranding.
