[SOLVED]When I sign in Unity Hub nothing happens and I have problem with Services

UNITY VERSION 2020.2.0.b14

so when I Sign In unity hub nothing changes and it still says I am not signed in, then when I will open my project and go to collaborate first it said no internet connection now it says this:

also when I press new link it says “could not obtain organizations”, I already had this project linked before and was all of it deleted?

HOW I FIXED IT ------------------------------------------------
AFTER RESTARTING PC LIKE 8 TIMES IT FIXED MAGICALLY IDK HOW

After restarting pc 8 times, trying all different things it got fixed automatically, I dont have 100% working fix tho.
