meh. It looks pretty, but it can’t be very useful to gameplay. If it manipulated the stock lighting model, then that would be something.
If only there was some way to get rid of ads… Like a plugin for your browser or something…
Not really sure what you mean. And I mean, shaders are shaders. There’s a reason why he was able to transition to the Unity Asset Store and make that his day job. There’s stuff in there to learn from for anyone I feel.
What I find most impressive, if I understood him correctly, is that he’s only been programming for 3 years. His shader project for Minecraft was his first programming project ever. Either that or he’s only been programming shaders for 3 years, which is still very impressive to be honest. ![]()
