I have just recently began developing Sonic Go, a 3D Sonic game for Android and iOS. I’m aiming to combine the Generations gameplay with that of Sonic Dash, along with some new surprises I have in store that I hope fans of the series will enjoy. Here’s a quick video showing a very early tutorial level:

Due to the obvious copyright reasons, I will only be releasing this game on the official Google Play Store/iTunes store if Sega themselves becomes interested and wants to work with me on the project.

It looks good, but its pretty much Sonic Dash with some minor alterations.
if you want to make a sonic game, I suggest a Sonic Adventure remake or SA3 fan game, people like those. OR to play it safe, your own character.

Thanks. I have some stuff planned that will make it stand out, but while I’m still refining the code I’m keeping it simple for now. The final game will be far more original.

You can’t publish that without SEGA’s permission.

I know, this will only ever get a release if Sega themselves become involved. Otherwise it will just be a hobby project for experience.

Or you could just… replace sonic with a “character obvious not based on Sonic the Hedgehog…”
