I am playing a one shot sound (2d sound in a 3d game), but the sound comes out completely distorted!
I’ve turned doppler to 0 and tried both .ogg and .mp3… doesn’t help… Anyone have any idea whats going wrong?

Be more specific. What version of Unity are you using? If you’re on Unity 5, what mixer setup do you use, and how are multiple mixers wired into one another? etc.
