Heyho!
I have a strange problem with my sound. I have an object which play a sound.
If I go away from the object the sound should fade out. It’s a 3D sound.
I know how it works … you have to use the volume curve at the audio source.
I did it already on other objects and it worked fine. But not this time.
If I start the live mode it sounds like a 2D sound. No matter where I go and how far i go the sound doesn’t fade out or fade in if I go closer.
But now the strange thing: If I change something on the audio settings at the editor (for example set the volume from 0.5 to 0.49 or the pan level) the sound suddenly plays correctly.
Is this a bug or what’s up?
