Sound Indicator .....

Dear All,
How i can make Sound Indicator to control the playing period with a long file like 3 min.
I wanna make a small loop 1 second before and 1 second after, Like the RPM package which is used to control the sound source.

The Indicator will move right and left according to my car speed …

or how to play a loop from the 5 seconds to 10th second and i had a Audiosource with 1 min long !!!
