Sound Problem: Game runs without sound

Hey guys, I wonder if anybody experienced this issue:

Build tpk, install to device, launch game and…

  • Sound doesn’t play, game runs good (feels like the game is muted but actually not, no sound at all)
  • Minimized the game(aka press home), maximize the game again > Sound played just for a tick!
  • Problem: sound is actually “running” in the game but somehow not playing / muted

Other condition:

  • Sound runs well in Unity Editor, perfectly!
  • No error in console, not even warning
  • Other games are doing ok except this one
  • Unity version: 5.5.0f3

This is super strange, but seriously no error no warning, how am I suppose to fix this?

What device are you installing on and is its firmware up to date?

Would you be able to provide a small sample project to reproduce the issue?

Device: Samsung Z2 aka SM-Z200F
Firmware : Tizen 2.4.0.5 (latest)

I have no idea how to provide a small sample (I am no coder, will ask my coder)
but I’ll investigate more tomorrow and keep this thread updated.
