Sound problem (Wwise) after Unity Ads

Hello guys.

I have a problem. Wwise integrated in my project (iOS and Android).
Before show a rewarded ads (video with sound) I sent mute_on event to Wwise. After close the ads I send mute_off event. But wwise is mute anyway.

I’ve checked mute_on, mute_off events with toggle button (sound on/off) - is working fine.

Problem only after Unity Ads (real ads on device, after test ads - ok). After Chartboost ads (the same, mute after real ads and ok after test ads)

Could you have any idea?

And found this error:
AK Error: Hardware audio subsystem stopped responding. Silent mode is enabled.

On wwise forum I found the same topic, but 0 answer from 2014.

Current solution: use previous version - 2015.1.4.

Works for me.

Unity 5.3.5f1, wwise 2015.1.7 ?

With 2015.1.7 and 2015.1.6 - not working.

I have same problem with my android device but I tried on a different device it’s working perfectly fine

We had a user of Master Audio report the same problem (with Unity Ads in particular) that only happens after the ad is finished…maybe there’s something weird happening with Unity Ads plugin to mute everything and it doesn’t get unmuted? Could be a bug with Unity Ads. Have you tried a different ad provider? If you use Heyzap Mediation, it lets you choose from many ad providers, and includes UnityAds as well. We went live with UnityAds, Heyzap and Vungle networks last time.

We’ve tried test with Chartboost, UnityAds.
And we tried new version of wwise (2016.1). Not working.
