We are working on a project in Unity, where we have problems with certain soundfiles playing unreliably during playback of the game. The game is taking place in a really simple 3D world, but we have several 3D positioned soundsamples and dialogues.
The dialogues tend to stutter and make squaking sounds really bad (more the longer you play) at random intervals.
Does anyone know a relatively simple solution to this?
We tried executing a build, but that did not help the quality,
We managed to solve the sound problem with help from another forum. It turned out the dobbler effect under 3D sound settings was causing the playback problems. We turned the dobbler effect off on all sounds and everything behaved nicely after that.
