Which must I use?
I found .wav file is so much in file size. Maybe this affect final build’s size too.
So must I use .mp3 file for better overall size? how about .ogg?

I can’t remember why but i would recommend ogg. I do know that its good quality compression and its an open sourced file type.
Edit: Less licensing issues to deal with to depending on production and how you use mp3
Note that if you distribute more than 5000 copies of your game, you will need to pay something like $2500-$3750 in licensing to use mp3
really? even if I already bought from sound selling site? They give mp3, wav both.
I believe even the distributors you bought it from had to pay licensing fees too. Mp3 is a form of compressing sound to take less storage space without losing much sound quality. It was created by someone or some company and belongs to them. If you stick with ogg files its a compression that was developed openly by the public so its great and i think its picking up in popularity. WAV is a very high uncompressed quality that gives you the most quality bang for the audio-philes or audio lovers.
The information is just derived from off the top of my head but check out wikipedia or mp3 licensing for more info i suppose. Those fees depend on what kind of commercial profit you intend on reaping.
