Source control failing with unity and ScriptableObjects

Hi,
Our team is having a ton of problems with source control and unity. We have read the best practices and such but pretty much every time we check in unity seams to miss one or more fields (sometimes even forgetting values established long ago). The ScriptableObjects serialize fine locally. We are checking in all the metas every time we change a file as well.

Any idea what could be going on? Does unity have trouble with ScriptableObjects and source control?

ScriptableObjects and Prefabs don’t get saved to disk as often as you might think - make sure you use “Save Project” on the File menu to flush them to disk.
