Spawn prefab same position and rotation as child of other gameobject?

i try to spawn my bullet in front of my weapon nozzle, but the weapon is child of root of my character (hand bone)
when i instantiate my bullet, it have same position and rotation value of the nozzle transform, but the it appeared in different place,
how to solve this issue?
