Hi,
my game scene is a forest, so i need many trees.
Is it possible to use the GPU-Instancing feature with SpeedTree models?
Used Unity GPU-Instancing for the terrain grass?
And the last question is, can i use in the future Instancing in Apple Metal.

To paraphrase, they said they were working on making instancing work well with SpeedTree several months ago but news has been pretty much non-existent since then.
And that post says that Metal support for Instancing is being worked on for Unity 5.5, so unless plans have changed you aren’t going to see it in 5.4.
