I created a vortex effect that I am going to applying to a doorway, and no matter where I face the camera, the “flat” spinning vortex always is turns to face the camera. I do have the render mode set to billboard and not to vert or hor. No matter what I do, this effect always faces the camera. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
You do not want the effect to face the camera? You would have to deselect billboard because billboards face the camera.
ok so what do I want? I know that Hor and Vert will lock them into that axis, and the other option is mesh. So how do I resolve this?
