Splice Timeline Script

Hi, I want to be able to Select the Timeline or input a duration (38s - 122s) and copy all the track groups/tracks/elements within that duration, and copy them to a new timeline.

It would be for testing/recording. If you want to record from minute 8, the recorder skims ahead very slowly. I know I can do this via script, but I want to save myself some time if there isn’t something already that does this.

There isn’t something off the top of my head to copy a region, but you can use the initial time property on the playable director to have the timeline start close to the recording time.

Oh, no. That’s so lazy I’ll have to do it. And then I won’t bother to come up with anything better because I’m too lazy. Thanks!
