To give you a quick overview, we just post our first press release.
Spoing is now available on Facebook. It is the very first game from the independent Swiss game developer „games2be“
Spoing is all about launching a ball all over the place using floating slingshots. It is a fun game, easy to pick up, fun for the whole family.
Setting
Trapped in a cave the only hope for the player is to search the exit. Spoing plays in a wonderful looking and amazing underground world.
Game
Spoing is all about launching a ball from floating slingshots until a goal is reached within a limited time. The player can create slingshots by himself by clicking twice. This has never been done before in a Slingshot game and is a unique and very nice feature. In advanced levels the player creates his own path through entire levels with nothing but self created slingshots.
Sound
The player creates his own unique music by playing Spoing. When shooting the ball, the slingshot acts like a piano-string and produces a sound. Big slingshots create deep sounds and short slingshots higher ones, hence when moving through a level the player creates his own little melody.
Features
Slingshots can be created by the player
Interactive sound
50 unique levels
8 soundtracks
A high-score for each level
An overall high-score
Spoing is also soon coming to the iPhone.

Very Nice!
I really like the game idea… and i can imagine playing this game (especially on the iphone) will be a lot of fun.
I have two critics:
-the gremlin-type-critter doesn’t match with the silhouette-style.
-the player-sphere is a bit to clean…
i would love to see something with a more interesting silhoutte.
maybe something like sonic the hedgehog… some kind of creature which spins around when its in the air.
Hey snicholls
The behavior of the ball is always the same depending on the angle and the tension.
So for each point I searched the right offsets from the middle-point of the plattform. For the X-Offset I look at the distance between the middle-point and the ball-position and for the height I did the same with the Y-Offset.
It was quite a bit try and error. Hope this helps
I just closed the window by mistake so thought I might as well reply (then go back for some more).
From my first glance I’ve loved lots of it. The Level System/UI and the Gameplay.
I was wondering what you used for Leaderboards/Achievements/Facebook integration - dimeRocker?
Thanks. Surely the best Unity/Facebook combo I’ve played - though I may have missed some of the major ones…and I am playing on a low-spec machine which makes some of the unity games unplayable (playing on a Macbook with 1gb ram).
Good work.
Ps.
Would you be willing to share what your monetization model is? if any
I find the 3rd level of every dungeon to be quite hard. Which is good. (if they are all achievable) . But may be a bit difficult for the casual facebook crowd. IMHO
We didn`t use an existing achievment-system but made our own using Java and the Google App Engine - which is our scalable back-end solution by the way.
We don`t monetize Spoing on Facebook, but we hope to make some money with the iOS version of Spoing later on this year. The work in progress-version already feels very nice - it is just ment to be played with a touch-screen.
