Spotlight puts out other lights?

Hey sorry for the noob question, but i have several point lights in my game and whenever i instantiate or just place a spotlight in the scene, it puts out all the other lights... i tried turning rendering mode to none and that fixed it, but the spotlight went out. How can I have a spotlight in close proximity to other pointlights?

I think you just have to increase the number of pixel light count in the quality settings. Edit -> project settings -> quality.
