I recently made a new project using the URP Example template and I made a custom scene. But something went wrong because now any spotlights I put down give off zero light. Directional lights still work fine but I can’t get a spotlight to give off an ounce of light to save my life.
Hi, you may check these:

Enable the lighting in Scene View.

Go to (the current / all) URP Quality Asset, make sure that the “Additional Lights”->“Per Object Limit” is larger than 0.

Make sure the mesh and light are in the same layer (if you enabled Light Layer).

Check if the Spot Light is in Realtime and the “Range” is suitable.

Check if the mesh uses a Lit shader (shader that supports lighting).
By the way, you can manage all the scene lights easily in “Light Explorer”:
