Sprite Manager 2 and Transparency on Android

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble figuring out how to get a SM 2 Packed Sprite to show up in the Android emulator. If I place the same image on a plane it shows up fine. I realize the sprite is using the sprite atlas and not the material the plane is using. I’m unsure if I need to do something with the atlas importer to get a transparent image to render. I’ve searched the forums and tried some different importer settings but nothing has worked so far. Any ideas?

After doing some more searching, this time including ‘emulator’ in the search, it seems the emulator is not useful for testing. Got my wife’s phone setup and it worked fine.

could you please describe some particular problems you’ve seen, or provide some links with relevant observations? So far emulator’s performance has been my biggest problem, but I’d like to know other potential issues I can encounter.
