Sprite resolver messing with bones?

Hey peoples!
I’m trying to create a swapable face character, but it seems it’s not working the way i want to.

My problem is : when i had a category on the sprite resolver, it makes bones unlinking from the target.


here is the bone and the sprite properly working together


if i pick a category from the sprite resolver

then, right away, the bone isn’t list in the sprite skin anymore, and i can’t add it back

and the sprite isn’t link to the bone any more

so, I am doing it the wrong way? or it is some weird bug here?
