SpriteManager 2 Errors

I’ve started having trouble when building atlases with trim images on. It was working fine before, but then all of a sudden stopped working. Whenever I build an atlas with trim images on, my sprite atlas ends up being a small black block with size depending on the number of textures. If I turn off trim images, it works fine. Problem being is that I need to trim images to keep size down.

Any Ideas? I’ve heard it’s a known bug, but no one has been able to tell me how to fix it.
