SRP Batcher "Node material requires device state change" even nothing changes

I’m getting a bizarre issue: even two meshes are rendered with the exact same material (not just the same shader variant), SRP batcher still refuses to batch them together:

Is there anywhere else that I forgot to check? The Frame Debugger shows literally everything is the same. Just different meshes.
