Since upgrading to the Universal Render Pipeline + latest version of unity (2019.3.0b12), I’ve been having editor crash issues. On the plus side though, I have much better frame rate on my lower end laptop when compared to the old built-in render pipeline.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
I believe the editor crashes have to do with working with multiple scenes. It happens both when navigating the scene and in play mode.
Building still works, and I don’t have issues when playing my game’s builds.
I submitted a bug report earlier, ticket # 1201475 if anyone from Unity is reading this.
