SRP-Render and TexelSize

If you’re landing here from Google, here is the current situation:
SRP-Batcher and _TextureName_TexelSize (HLSL) or the Shader Graph node Texel Size/Texture Size are not compatible.
I’m still not sure why and find it a little conflicting with previous SRP-Batcher related things:

And the fact that SRP-Batcher and _TexelSize works perfectly in 2022 LTS.

If this “change” affects anyone else like myself, I would appreciate some support here:
