stable joints

ok i have a bike which is driven by velocity so the wheel touching the ground then spins and the bike moves, i use joints on the wheels conescted to a suspension frame and then finally to the bike. i also have a caharacter who is also connected to the bike via a joint but he is driven via animation so no problems with him…

anyways my problems is the fact that when i gain speed the joints on the wheels move the wheels of from where there supposed to, but always bounce back to the original… i need a way to keep these joints as solid as possible to where there supposed to be all the time any ideas

ok after a bit of research i have found that in order to get stiffer joints you must go into physics and change solver iteration count,

also using projection mode and setting both position and rotation or just one to a low number may help a bit,
try using configurable joints instead of simple joints mainly for the projection mode.

dont put to much weight on top of the joints and then apply loads of force or velocity,

this is what i have learned so far i will update if i find out some more stuff or feel free to post your idea for a more solid joint
