Stacking problem in my project

I want the objects to come one by one. When they hit a cylinder and disappear when they touch the bridge you see at the end, but there are two problems. Unity problem v2 - YouTube
first, when the object touches each cylinder, they are formed in different places according to my rotation, secondly, they do not disappear when I hit the bridge.

These codes are in my player script.
