Hi, I am new to game development.
For my 2d Mobile project. I need stars twinkling in the main Home Area background. I tried searching google and youtube for some help but couldnt find any relevant. Kindly help me figure this out.
How do I go about making stars twinkle? Like in the video above. In the video its done in 3d. I want the EXACT same thing but in 2D.
Any help would mean soooo much.
