Starting a MMORPG 3d game Help Needed.

Ok you know for games like wolfenstein when your in a library internet cafe etc when you go on multiplayer you can only battle your friends if the computers(in a library internet cafe etc) are all linked together…well I want to make an MMORPG like that…btw I just started using unity3d
