Just for fun
Very cool, Tie against Tie
Have you modelized your own Tie models?
god no, i’m ain’t a modeler. I wish i was.
In fact, the tie interceptor are a bit heavy in poly count
With some optimization on model sound the module could be less then 300ko.
did any one notice the antiCollisionSystem?
Hi,
Great and impressive.
I specially love you trail renderer. Very elegant.
What are the settings of your trail renderer ?
For the laser, did you use particles or something else ? The look is awesome.
Twin
Tx, for your comment
Yes the laser is made with a particles GameObject (only one is use for collision detection).
For the trail, here are the settings:
Thanks Loran for these details.
May the force be with you.
PS : I don’t know if it’s interesting for you, but you can find a lot of Starwars models for GoogleSketchup.
Whaaaaaaaa …
the only thing i got is a brutal “Invalid Unity Web File.”
Help me! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease
is the ai generated randomly(procedural)?
Yes it is.
Neat. I want to fly one.
Very interesting results, you tied 1 fighter to the main camera, i love how you can hold down the left mouse button, move the camera way far away and they all eventually orbit the camera again.
Crash on load. ;]
Very cool demo!
I like the graphics, altough I get a little hypnotised after watching the fight for about 2 minutes
A screensaver of this demo would be great!
What is your approach on the Anti-Collision-System, as you call it, if you like to share?
Great work!
Well, it’s simple. I use a Trigger sphere collider on each Tie, where the radius is the distance when anticollision is activated and then, apply a repulsion force.
… shocked …
nice
very pretty, thanks for sharing
That was really nice, well done
