I have searched here and a bit on google, and even though I find statistics about general screen resolutions (e.g. from statcounter), I assume that the distribution is a bit different for gamers. Does anyone have any info on how the distribution of screen resolutions is that are used in games? (Or maybe have information from their own user base?)
If you’re looking for desktop gamer stats, steam hardware survey is where you want to look.

TLDR version, 1920x1080 is still the standard resolution for >66% of gamers, with the rest mostly 1366x768 (9%) or 2160x1440 (7%).
