Status update on FSR2 crashes?

This has been a known bug for a whole while (Unity Issue Tracker - Crash on AMDUnityPlugin.DLL in specific built project when using FSR2 upscaler).

This sounds like a very trivial bug to fix. It always happens on the same spot, is an access violation to a null address and is very easy to reproduce. But, alas, we cannot fix it, because the source to the plugin is unavailable. It currently gives us quite a bit of hindrance with our upcoming release. Why even keep it closed source? This whole situation sounds really silly to me.

Requesting help and clarifications for this.
