Stays black screen on Mac

Unity Hub causes an error and stays black screen.

Environment:
MacBook Pro 15-inch 2017
macOS Monterey 12.2.1
Intel Core i7
16GB 2133MHz LPDDR3

What I tried:
Removed both UnityHub.app and Library/Application Support/UnityHub and reinstalled.
Invalidated Norton Internet Security.
Invalidated firewall at security and privacy in system settings.

And also if I open Unity directly, it causes IPC connection error when shader compiling, like Hub.

I solved.
Updated Xcode to 13.3 and updated macOS to 12.3, Unity Hub works fine.
