StellarBrink is a brand new video game designed and created by Daniel Kole using Unity3D. The game has only been in production for 3 short months and has come so far in that time. It is a Role-Playing Sci-Fi/Action Crafter.
The game is centered around the player’s character and his starship in a vast randomly generate universe. The locations in StellarBrink are made up of completely changeable tiles that can be removed and placed at will. The player’s starship interior is their home base… designed how the player wants it to be… using consoles, walls, any tile in the game.
In the game players can travel to solar systems, find planets to explore, asteroid fields to mine, nebulae to harvest gases from, visit other player’s starships, attack and board enemy starships, pillage derelict starships for parts and materials… and so much more…
Here a video that gives a 9 minute walk through of the gameplay:

I’m interested. This is a very nice looking project. Too bad for the indiego campaign.
Sometimes I’m shock that some nice projects get no attention from people while other projects do, even though ,in my opinion, don’t deserve it.
It’s only 2 days into the Indiegogo Campaign so don’t write it off just yet. I don’t have a job right now and just am working on this game full-time so hoping that some support comes in so I can continue to work full-time on StellarBrink. I think maybe the word just hasn’t gotten out yet about the game I think if people understood what the game is going to be they’d be more excited.
Who doesn’t want to fly around space and mine asteroids… and get boarded by pirates and fend off an attack lol
Some more background info on me… Before I started working on StellarBrink I created a minecraft type engine in Unity3D called Cube World Generator. It has infinite worlds, inventory, placing and removing blocks, etc. It’s pretty cool.
Did you coordinate a media push beforehand? Despite the reputation crowd sourcing gets as a money generator, the biggest enemy is visibility. Indiegogo gets a lot less foot traffic than Kickstarter.
Without a rush of interest at the start, a ten day flexible funding campaign isn’t very enticing.
Thanks for the advice. I’m just one guy. I really have no idea how all this works. I just know that to work on this game I need to be able to pay bills and eat. lol I will consider that though in the future.
I would like to point out that I think this comment is unnecessary. I have, in 3 month, created a MMO with multiple location to visit… totaling 181,000,000,000 tiles if you were to visit all the locations… by myself. People need to know that anyone can dream, with enough drive and passion, and talent can see those dreams come true. And all it really takes is people seeing the vision for the game, and spreading the word.
I’m thinking about creating a video of what it takes to design a starship, start to finish, in StellarBrink… Added a poll to here to see what ya’ll think.
Today I finished up the GUI Design for the Replication Console… Just a few more pieces to add… buttons, etc… and bam… with a little bit of programming and I’ll be able to show off how Replication works in StellarBrink.
