(NOTE: this is about an error i found in 2021.3.33f1. I made another thread about an error in 2022.3.16f1 that also makes me unable to create projects but due to template (or path?), this one makes me unable to make projects due to HOURS of waiting)
(ANOTHER NOTE: perhaps this error may not be related to unity itself. If this is the case, please help me to know why unity is so slow, and if is, help pls)
Hello! im here because ANOTHER glitch (unity dont want to allow me to create projects… 
) blocks me to create projects. As i said, i have another computer that also have unity installed and this one let me create projects in peace, but i want to switch due to internal reasons.
When i try to create a project in this unity editor version, unity creates the project almost with no errors, except that it freezes for a long time during project creation. When i say long time, im saying ALMOST A DAY with project creating. Already happened to need to dispense several hours for creating the game, fixing unity editor issues, and just finishing project creation may or may at night, when i started to create the project at 9AM.
At first, i tought problem was my desktop, as indeed my desktop is pretty slow, but in my computer, i can create a project in 5 minutes, while here i may require more than 2 hours for stoping the freeze and proceed with project creation.
Normally, the editor freezes when resolving project packages, updating package manager, and doing other things related to packages, so the problem may be that. This time, my friend ChatGPT didnt helped too much, as i dont know if problem is my desktop being slow, or if is unity. Now i need help
