Hi
The headline says it all.
Please add a hotkey (the Esc key) to stop play in the game view and revert back to the scene view.
This hotkey is in use according to the hotkey list
Thank you in advance.

Unnecessary, since a hotkey for this already exists, which is command-P, or ctrl-P in Windows. You can see this in the Edit menu.

Well, looking at the list of hotkeys on the page I’ve linked too, I don’t see this particular hotkey in the edit menu - I believe it would be listed as:
CTRL/CMD+P, but it is nowhere to be found !
I guess they overlooked it on that page, but it’s listed in the PDFs that page links to, and as I mentioned you can see it in the Edit menu in Unity.

Hi
Well, I’m glad that we got that one cleared up.
Now we can only hope that the documentation is updated, so this missing piece of information gets included as well.
This thread can be closed for further comments as far as I’m concerned.
You can file a documentation bug using the bug reporter app; posting on the forums typically doesn’t get the job done as far as that goes.

Where can I find this Bug Reporter App ?
A link would be nice also (did a search for it, but no luck so far)
It’s installed along with Unity. You can also get to it through the help menu.

Okay, thank you for pointing me in the right direction ![]()
