I have fully purchased 12 month subscription on Unity and want to stop automatic continuing of subscription. That is, if I click “Stop subscription” button does it mean that my Unity Plus subscription will stop on next month? Though I purchased whole period.

If you purchsed a year you will get the year because Unity does not refund you.
I guess after a year the subscription will end if you stop the subscription.
