Store Asset: Baked Lightmap - I can't duplicate the asset?

I’m very new to Unity and purchased a supermarket asset.

On the left is the asset that is already in the scene. When I duplicate it, the lighting is gone. The only setting I can find in the inspector that is different is the ‘baked lightmap’.

Is there a beginner friendly way to be able to duplicate/edit the mesh without losing the lights, or an easy way to add the lights back in.

I thought baked lightmaps were stored with the scene instead of the asset. You’d just go to “Windows → Rendering → Lighting Settings” and click Generate to regenerate the lightmap after making changes to the scene. Sorry, I’ve been using only real time lighting for a few years now, so my knowledge may be incorrect or out of date.
