Strange billboarding issue

Hey guys, this is most likely an easy question but it’s bothering me that I can’t solve it.

I have a nice terrain set up, and it runs fine in unity, but when I build a stand alone I get these weird problems with a few bits of terrain. for example, rocks and a few bushes display as giant when they billboard.

It says it must use a nature/ soft occlusion shader, but I don’t know how to locate it, all I see under nature is “tree soft occlusion, bark/leaves”.
