We're having troubles with such "halo" on water.
It's always at the center of screen.
We have 2 perspective cameras,one for landscape and another for game objects. Are there any solutions?

I always thought this was an effect (Through a shader or something) that is with the water prefab... I'm assuming you're using the water prefab that comes with it...
Anyways, if you just want a texture, than you can make a material, assign it the water texture, and your golden...
But this is mostly just an effect that comes with Unity, if you try it with the night time water, it does the same...
