Strange lightmapping glitches

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem before. It only seems to effect some meshes but not others. Any ideas?

I remember hearing about a faster customer support service for pro users. Where can I find that?

Yes I do. First thing I checked.

Im not using compressed lightmaps either.

It does say pro users have prioritised bug handling. Could you show me how that works and prioritise this?

Try using just Directional. Directional Specular is super sensitive and you can’t publish to it currently anyway.

Thanks. Ill try it out. When you say you can’t publish to it, what do you mean? I ask because I’ve made test builds and they ran fine, but when I sent them to someone else they would crash.

It will publish fine, but falls back to Directional while building. Have your lighting window open and watch. That and the specular highlights aren’t there. I don’t think the crashing has anything to do with that.

This is what Im getting with directional. Those black objects aren’t static in case that’s useful information. You can see the corner of the bed there too, it still looks glitchy but it isnt as noticeable.

Could you please report a bug with this scene attached? I’d take a look.
