Strange Texture behaviour

Hello,

I shaded an Object in Subtance Painter and exportet the texture maps into Unity. But they have this strange square look and the reflections seem also weird.

This is what it Looked like in Subtance:

The other Assets in the scene that used the same workflow work perfectly fine, only the workbench is acting stange.

Maybe someone here can help me!

Follow up:

It seems like this was a compression related issue. I fixed it by increasting the compression quality on the normal map.
