Strange thing about "Too many method references"

I have recently received that error and I really don’t understand why they look like this:

The hell happens there? Why are those counters so big/similar to eachother?

More important… How do I fix this?

That is everything you got on the log ?

There are a more smaller ones resulting in a total of around 84k, other than that it is just the usual too many methods log
