Strange white pixel artifacts in asset

This is from the Nature Pack asset pack. I’m getting strange white pixel artifacts. Any ideas?

I did notice that disaling HDR on the camera lessened the intensity of the pixels, but some of them are still there

Disabling MSAA seems to have removed the rest of the pixels. I wonder why
