Strategy/tactical game tutorial

Hi, i was wondering if there is some tutorial for strategy games, ideally for squad based game like XCOM, but basically any kind of turn based strategy/tactical game?

I just need something to give me good starting point and good practices for making this kind of game.

I am long time code developer, but just recently started using Unity, so I am just looking for some good Unity practices and quality tutorials, also if possible to avoid some common pitfalls. I asked here because presumably community wisdom and knowledge is better than my google search ability :slight_smile:
