A majority of you here and from the Skype group and Hangout know of my open-world city racing game.

You know how large the city is and the amount of objects/textures it loads. Loading times are slow and laggy at the beginning. Are there ways I can stream the assets? Note that I’m using Unity free, 4.3. I’d love to hear what you all think what I could do about this topic.
You can pack your level into smaller scenes and load scenes additivelly as you get closer to them. Streaming in Unity is a broar topic, mostly cause theres no clean way (or lets say a fast way) to setup assets for streaming.
