Are you planning any more modular packs? Ive noticed a heavy missing gap for anything based on victorian or london architecture
I’m open to suggestions, anything in demand I can do relatively quickly.
Well, I need some victorian london modular systems for my own project, so I’d be buying them in a heart beat 
Another thing that is also missing ive found is any sort of Subway system for City sets.

Hmm… a fan of the Yakuza games by any chance? Your sample layout is very reminiscent of Shibuya.
Wish I had a use for it, as it looks awesome. Plus I love the Yakuza games and I’d love to write an “homage”*.

Looks incredible! Definitely a great asset for an open world game.
There are some mistakes though you made in the asset - namely the signages are wrong - 2/3 of them are flipped the wrong way (they are reversed).
Also, architecturally, the buildings are bland (throw in different styles - eg, apartments of various decades…etc, right now they don’t look they belong to any particular decade or style). Also the building textures (facades) seem to be mishmash of various textures from all different places - some buildings when you turn a corner its a completely different texture making it look a bit strange (building texture needs to be consistent).
But yeh, it is incredible asset, great lighting, realistic texture. Would definitely be on my future shopping list!
Thanks for the comments, yeah the demo scene i put together in around 1 hour from the modular pieces just to indicate and show what’s possible to people purchasing the pack, so not much QA on the scene. I also wanted to show the ideal lighting set up and post effects for those interested in achieving a realistic look in Unity.
