Stucked licence activation

Hi,

I’ve got a problem with my unity pro licence. I’ve activated it on a windows XP instance. The indi version did well, but after activating the license it’s crashing right at start time. Now I can’t return this activation. It is stucked at the crashing instance. And I need it for baking with beast.

I’ve sent an email at support@unity3d.com last wednesday. Someone who told me that it is not much of a problem got some further information from me to identify this activation. But until now it happened nothing. A friendly reminder was sent yesterday but i’ve even didn’t get an answer or solution.

This support seems not to be worth to call it a support.

So is there anybody who can tell me how to release my activation that is blocked by this crashing unity instance?

I’m sorry that your support case was not dealt with more promptly. We’ve had a mix of sickness and vacation which has meant your case was not handled inside the 24-hours we aim for for license cases. I have decommissioned your machine for you.
